Norbert Celjuska was born in Sombor, Serbia in 1985. He received the B.S. and M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, Serbia, where he is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in the field of metamaterials.His main research interest is the design of metamaterial-based microwave passive circuits, with a special emphasis at near zero (zero-index) metamaterials, extended to acoustical and mechanical near-zero metamaterials.
